You have opted to schedule for an IV Therapy Session. If this your first time at our center, you will need to be scheduled with our physician for a short health survey prior to beginning any IV Therapy sessions. This will be a 30 minute no charge evaluation either at the center or on-line via our tele-health portal.

Staff will verify your personal information, your scheduled time and date.
Verify you have an active medical screening on file, if not then schedule you with the attending physician to perform an IV Therapy screening.
