Please notify us within 72 hours of your service if you would like to request a redo. The redo service must be booked within 14 days of the original service, for the same service. 

Returns of unopened products will be considered within 30 days of original purchase.  Due to the consumable and sometimes perishable nature of some of our products, we are not able to accept opened products, or to return items after 30 days.  Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.  ID is required for all returns or exchanges.  We want you to love it, and we will do our best to make it right. However, from time to time, we may not be able to accommodate a return.  Healthy Beings Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. 

A full refund will be issued for items returned within 30 days of purchase that are unopened and unused.  All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.  ID is required for all returns. We are not able to refund gifts. Products purchased with a promotion may be refunded at their promotional prices.  

For items that are unopened or minimally used, we may be able to exchange for a similar item.  In some instances, store credit may be applied. Products purchased with a promotion may be exchanged at their promotional prices. 

We cannot accept discontinued items for return or exchange. 

All reservations will require a credit or debit card on file. Please cancel your visit if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have been in close contact with someone who has a confirmed case of Covid-19. When clients fail to cancel within 48 hours of their appointment, we charge a ”No Show Fee” of 50% of the service price to protect the livelihood of our service professionals. Appointments may be cancelled through the mobile app, online or by calling (425)403-6202. 

You can place your order online if the credit card used has a United States billing address. If it does not, call us at (425)403-6202 and one of our Customer Service Specialists can assist you. 

We accept online payment for your consult when you schedule your visit.

In your initial consult, you and your provider will determine your follow up plan. Follow up consults are booked according to the plan you and your provider create.

Healthy Beings does not bill your insurance. However, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Exception: we are not able to provide this documentation for beneficiaries of Medicare, Medicaid, and government sponsored insurance plans.

You will need an internet connected computer, phone, or other device, that has a camera, speaker and microphone. We use the Zoom application for video conferencing. The welcome email contains specifics on how to attend your visit.

For your initial consult, no equipment is needed. If your provider recommends equipment, you may purchase it on your own or from our online store.

We are here for you! You are welcome to send messages to your provider via email. Please keep in mind that email communications are for questions and concerns that can be easily addressed and not intended as a substitute for telehealth consults.

We are not responsible for duplication of printable gift cards and will only honor the first redemption. If your card is lost, stolen or used without authorization, we cannot guarantee replacement. Healthy Beings Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. 

Your gift card can be applied towards products or services of your choice. Cards do not expire and can be used at any Healthy Beings location and online products and services. Yes. After receiving your email, simply forward the email with the attachment. The recipient can open and use the Gift Card.

All Healthy Beings gift card packages are associated with a dollar value. If you receive a package and you would like services that are different than what is included, we would be happy to honor your card for the dollar value. Please note that we do not substitute package services. Packages are subject to change.
