How does it work?

To determine what you need, we start with a 15-minute evaluation. In that first visit, we talk about your concerns and goals, as well as preform some tests. From that we discuss a plan of care and follow up visits. These visits can be either 15 minutes or 30 minutes. Most issues only need 1-3 follow up visits.

1. Read the welcome email -This includes information about your consult and quick forms to fill out prior to your consult.

2. Enjoy your visit!

3. Schedule your follow up visit - Once you determine what your plan of care is with your physical therapist, you can schedule your follow up visits. (Schedule icon with link to scheduling page)
