Jamie graduated from the University of Idaho with a Master’s in Athletic Training in 2016. The athletic training program was centered on manual therapy techniques that are effective across many conditions. Since then, she has worked with InjuryFree in an onsite injury prevention clinic for many types of workers from mechanics to office workers. Working at this clinic, Jamie gained experience in spinal rehabilitation, first aid care, preventative strengthening, active isolated stretching, and much more. Independent of her athletic training degree, Jamie has also studied and obtained certifications in both personal training and nutritional coaching.
Within Healthy Beings, Jamie utilizes the robust skills she has gained and provides services as an athletic trainer, integrating her experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach.
