The Health Coaches at Healthy Beings are here for you! Outlined below is the consult schedule and description of how you’re Stress, Energy, and Anti-Inflammatory Program will occur.
Appointment 1 – 60-min Initial Apt
This 60-min appointment is designed to review many different areas to consider when it comes to reducing stress and inflammation in the body and improving energy levels. These areas include and are not limited to, nutritional intake, movement and physical activity, environmental stressors, sleep hygiene, supplemental support, environmental conditions, getting out in nature, and natural light exposure.
Appointment 2 – 30-min
This second appointment reviews pro-inflammatory foods and toxins that contribute to stress within the body and key anti-inflammatory foods and supplements that help reduce inflammation in the body.
Appointment 3 – 30-min
This appointment reviews stress management techniques, emphasizing EFT, breathing, and movement, and how to practice mindfulness and meditation for reducing stress and improving energy.
Appointment 4 – 30-min
This appointment is designed to co-create optimal ways to incorporate movement and physical activity to promote drainage and detoxification in the body. Removal of toxic waste and supporting detox pathways will help you better manage and reduce stress and improve mental and physical energy!
